Sonic the Hedgehog 1 Beta - Goggles Power-up

There was a special item removed from the game, which allowed Sonic to breathe underwater. It was probably replaced by the bubbles idea.

When Sonic collects this item, he gets a fancy pair of yellow goggles:

The goggles sprites are placed on top of Sonic's sprites:
